Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission
The Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission was so fun. When we all got there we took a little tour of the place where the homeless people slept at. It was sad because they had young people in the place that were homeless too. We helped out a guy named chef John, who is the cook at the place. We helped separate things out of boxes and threw the old things away. It was real fun to do that. When it was time to feed the people, we had to put on aprons and hats and wash our hands. We all lined up and grabbed a tray as we walked past them in a line. As we grabbed the tray we grabbed a plate with food, an apple, milk, and salad onto a tray and served it to them. After everyone was served, we got to eat with some of them and talk about how the day went. The whole day was really fun for us.
